Contruction
The Nex-Gen trimless letters are fabricated with our specialized automated letter cutting and bending machines. The faces of the letters are cut from "Acrylite" acrylic. Then they are brought to the metal bonding station where they are attached to a 3mm or 6mm ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) shell, with an additional layer of weather striping to guarantee a water light finish. From there, we install the highest quality LED’s inside the lettering. Lastly, they are installed and inspected before receiving an UL label.
